Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cleco/cooper-Tools 17EA22AM3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Co-Ax products, including obsoleted and phased-out Compact parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cognex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Co-Ax such as the VSVF502C216VTA2XX3VXXXP1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QS0837 manufactured by Compact and we are pleased to be able to service most Compact systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DM262Q by Manufacturer Cognex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cognex Brand ISS410010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Control-Microsystems such as 297111 equipment made by Control-Microsystems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Microsystems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Microsystems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8250271R made by Cognex as well as the popular BB30S12K original spares produced by Comptrol

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DMR86000000 by Cognex and 297111 spares by Control-Microsystems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EN21400000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Control.
